Category Management: To ensure Brand Health, Awareness & Equity for products under the OTC franchise. The individual will also be responsible for managing P&L, Product Forecasts, Trade Marketing apart from Brand ATL activities. He/She is tasked to expand and grow assigned product lines through New Product Initiatives and opportunities for Brand Expansion for Cecon and Vidaylin.
Key Areas of Accountability – Brand Management:
Set the Short, Medium and Long Term Brand Strategy for Cecon ( & the OTC strategy) through consumer insight and brand USP, alignment with corporate strategy, and partnership with Trade Marketing and the Sales Team.
Ensure strategic implementation and activity of all Brand campaigns (specifically Cecon and other succeeding brands which may follow.) whether in ATL or BTL.
Responsible for setting the Sales and Financial Goal of assigned brands while effectively managing the assigned A&P and other relevant budgets assigned to the Brand. Assigning Metrics which clearly communicate the effectiveness of programs to the organization.
Conceptualize, design and ensure timely distribution of Advertising & Trade materials and evaluate the effectiveness of materials consistent with the Brand Strategy.
Closely monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure that resources are spent in line with business plan commitment.
Knowledge & Experience:
Min 5 yrs. Managerial experience in Marketing (Brand) from either a large Pharma-OTC business or FMCG. Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Proven success in launching new products
Must have intense attention to details, able to work in a team environment, good organizational skills, and has a multi- tasking ability

Deep understanding/experience in Advertising and Media execution, Consumer Research and Media Analytics.

Strong Background/understanding in OTC/FMCG ATL and BTL functions.

College education - preferably Marketing / Business Management / Mass Communication / Graduate
