For our Diabetes Care Division, we are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager, Benelux.
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you manage CRM programs for the Benelux and you act as single point of contact for internal customers. You also manage 3rd party call centre interaction ensuring that call objectives are delivered whilst maintaining a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
Your main responsibilities also include:
Understanding customer needs, customer service as well as understanding CRM developments in strategy, tactics and systems operation from other industries to apply within the medical device space
Defining Benelux CRM strategy & concept in terms of customer retention and acquisition in line with business objectives and marketing strategy
Customer Service Management
Service Quality Enhancement
Complaint Handling by ensuring that complaints are transferred in a timely manner.
Undertaking any service and campaign effectiveness monitoring to understand the return on investment of key CRM initiatives.
Your Qualification and Experience:
Degree in marketing or management
Trilingual: Dutch, French, English
Knowledge of consumer driven markets such as retail or FMCG is essential.
3+ years of CRM experience at management level, preferred healthcare industry, marketing experience (e.g. direct marketing) considered as an advantage.
A proven ability to oversee and guide customer service operations, related projects and outsourcing partners.
Extensive knowledge of CRM systems
Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
Ability to deliver clear concise messages.
Ability to be autonomous and self-motivated.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong relationship management skills.
