The position of Technical Product Owner is within our Consumer Services and Products Business Unit and the Acelis Connected Health Technologies function. In this role, you will advance our eSuite platform of remote patient monitoring solutions to the next level. This role is responsible for collaborating with the software development team to drive growth and expansion in the connected health market. Working closely with development, quality assurance, and technical support as well as internal and external stakeholders, the Technical Product Owner will prioritize initiatives to successfully launch new features to market while enhancing existing industry leading patient and clinician facing applications.
Driveproduct development from conceptualization through launch creating actionableplans and work streams.
Collaboratewith divisional stakeholders and prospective users to understand and anticipatetheir needs and translate them into product requirements.
Manage theproduct backlog and prioritizing based on changing business and marketrequirements.
Nurtureideas and solutions to existing customer problems.
Influenceall stages of product creation including design and development.
Monitorand evaluate product progress at each stage of the Software DevelopmentLifecycle.
Liaisingwith the commercial, operations, end-users, Customer Support and SeniorManagement to deliver updates.
Directlysupervise Business Analyst team to oversee the creation, development andexecution of user stories.
Utilizemetrics and analytic information to continually improve upon software.
Partnerwith internal and external development teams to ensure successful delivery ofdigital products against requirements and business expectations.
BASICQUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:
5+ yearsof experience as a product manager developing client facing web and mobile products.
MinimumEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in ComputerScience, Marketing, Business or related field.
Successfultrack record of developing products within deadlines.
Ability toprioritize effectively with excellent attention to detail.
Familiarwith various leading Software Development Methodologies.
In-depthknowledge of Agile processes and principles.
Workingknowledge of product development architecture and user-centered designprinciples.
Excellentoral and written communication.
Ability towork with large and diverse teams.
Sharpanalytical and problem-solving skills.
Creativeand innovative thinker.
Proficiencyin the use of analytic and reporting tools.
- Certificationsin Product or Project Management a plus.
