Abbott Diagnostics Division (ADD) is looking for a

Regulatory Affairs Specialist (f/m)

based in Wiesbaden, Germany

Position is limited to one year

As a Regulatory Affairs Specialists (f/m) you will take over the responsibility to ensure all Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostics distributed through the European Distribution Centre comply with related product requirements and country specific laws and regulations.

Major Responsibilities

  • Creation, implementation and maintenance of product labels in Regulatory IT environment to ensure product labels include country specific information for 15 countries and more than 900 products

  • Creation and removal of shipping blocks in Regulatory IT environment to control shipments of all products distributed through the European Distribution Centre

  • Documentation, verification, and filing of related “block & release” activities

  • Responsibility to compile and maintain the internal Regulatory Affairs IT database to include all product specific Regulatory information

Your Profile

  • Scientific, technical or commercial education - quality or regulatory background preferred

  • Practice in common PC-based applications: good MS Excel skills, knowledge of IBM AS400 System preferred

  • Very good English & German language skills

  • Precise, accurate and accountable working style
