As we continue to invest heavily in our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) marketing function, we are recruiting for a commercially-minded Product Manager – CRT/Heart Failure.
Reporting to the Marketing & Education Manager CRM, the Product Manager – Heart Failure will provide field-based marketing support to ensure the achievement of therapy goals and support strategic and operational marketing initiatives and campaigns to ensure the achievement of CRM divisional targets. Responsible for managing customer visits and identifying Heart Failure customers and services, the Product Manager – Heart Failure will also identify CRT opportunities and threats and implement appropriate metrics to drive market share. Other responsibilities include supporting marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales, project management, event coordination in collaboration with the education team, detailed market analysis and the provision of monthly insights.
Suitable candidates will hold a qualification in cardiac physiology or a degree in a relevant science, with sales experience in a customer-facing CRM role dealing with the NHS and a solid understanding of the CRM market. A diploma in Chartered Institute of Marketing is preferred, although not mandatory. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, are required and experience with media management products preferable. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in CRM sales to develop in a marketing capacity as well as for experienced Product Managers within cardiology. As you would expect of a global, innovative healthcare company, you will receive a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, including a defined-contribution pension scheme, share ownership scheme, private healthcare, life assurance, and a flexible benefits scheme.
