We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Scientist to join our R&D team to provide product R&D and operations support activities through scientific experimentation and prototype fabrication.
This role will be at the heart of the UK R&D team and your input and delivery of results will be instrumental in the achievement of key product and process innovations. You should be excited about working in a fast-paced environment within a hard-working and welcoming team.
Your main responsibilities will include planning, prioritising and ensuring completion of a series of experiments, project tasks or prototypes. You have a background in following protocols to accomplish goals, analysing data, evaluating results and forming conclusions, and using your technical writing skills to produce reports and documents.
To be successful, you must have a higher education qualification in a physical science related discipline. It would be an advantage to have experience in a regulated, quality oriented industry with experience of GLP and GMP.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who takes initiative and is able to work within a team. You will need to have good communication and time management skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment. There will be opportunity to collaborate with quality, operations and engineering functions.
