Sales Representative CRM - C ardiac Rhythm Management
About the position:
In this sales position the position holder has an additional focus on developing the Cardiac Rhythm Device Market. S/he is responsible for servicing the current customer base, increasing sales within that base and establishing new accounts. S/he will be responsible for effectively organizing and leading dedicated customer events and initiatives across Switzerland and involve all resources needed to fulfill his/her tasks.
The tasks and responsibilities:
Achieve sales quota per plan by servicing the current customer base, increasing the sales volume to that base and establishing new accounts.
Identify and build up referral networks in order to streamline patient flow to hospitals implanting our devices.
Create tools to measure activity progress and tracking, as well as roadmaps and analyzing files.
Ttracks on a regular base the implant statistics and creates reports and actions to fulfill our overall targets.
Be up to date with competitive activities a share the information with Manager and Team.
Implement comprehensive sales plans to ensure increased market penetration and establishing of new accounts.
Analyzes sales statistics; prepares reports; and performs required administrative sales duties, e.g., filing expense account reports, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans.
Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies in respect to pricing, quotes, credit terms, expense reporting and Quality guidelines.
Follow and share the best practices guidelines before and after the sales call.
Maintain thorough knowledge/awareness of competition products.
Train Field Service Engineers, customers and other colleagues when and as appropriate.
Provides insights on possible product line extensions or product enhancements and develop and submit proposals in regards to these product changes
Act as Company ambassador at all times i.e. represent the Company in a professional manner and with highest integrity as the prime contact with facilities, physicians and patients.
Requirements we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree or experience equivalent
5 years of successful sales experience within medical device industry
Successful sales experience with advanced medical devices /CRM
Well organized, capable of juggling multiple projects and accustomed to tight deadlines.
Excellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
Customer- and results- oriented, self-starter
Very good English/ German / French language skills.
Ability to travel a minimum of 60% of the time within Switzerland and if necessary abroad.
Preferable living areas Basel/Bern/Luzern/Aarau due to travel efficiency
